What Causes Pus Discharge From The Mole?

i have a mole on my face that appeared about 10 years ago in the last few years it has grown and darkened in colour and in the last few months it has started hurting and bleeding culminating last night when it burst and puss and blood came out and it changed colour again what can i do?
