my son is in a hospital now he has had surgery and had necrosis in the muscle of the forearm he said last friday that he was bit by a spider ..... initially he had marks and then it looked like a bruise but yesterday he swelled greatly and they found a abcess in the muscle tissue filled with puss today during surgery
