What Causes Pus Filled Bump On Chin?

Hi My Dad Has A Type Of Bump On His Chin That Almost Looks Like A Mole Or Something & It Hasn't Healed But It Bleeds When He Apply's Pressure & Especially When He Shaves He Tried To Pop It But It Wouldn't Go Away..& It's Still On His Face I Really Need Some Help !!
