What Causes Pus Filled Bumps In Pubic Area?

Im 20 years old and i have 10 to 20 pink bumps on my crotch beneath my pubic hair and a few on my lower abdomen. They do not itch. But if i scratch one open it has a little ball of puss followed by blood. I dont think it is an std but im worried that it could be.
