What Causes Pus Filled Lumps On The Labia Minora?

I have one pea size and two small bump on my labia minora both are hard cannot be squeezed and is bit painful if touched or pressed hardly but after certain time big one gets little bit soft and pus b blood comes out of it and disappears after few days but the other two remains there as it is for several days
