What Causes Pus-filled Sores Around Anus That Cause Pain Upon Bursting?

Hi, I have 24 years, I had anal sex a bit strong, after a week I have gone as small sores around the anus, I searched the internet and the only thing about it is cold out, it could be something else?
These sores or blisters burst throw a light yellow liquid and produce pain, please help me
