What Causes Pus From Pore On Neck?

Wow, I did not think I would actually be talking to a Doc. My question is about a single pore on my cheek. It never hurts or looks like a pimple, I just know it is there and I have to "drain" it occasionally. When I pressure drain it I get a stringy white solid, what I believe is a pus-like substance. Any ideas?
