What Causes Puss And Water Discharge From The Underarms?

hiii i am 32yrs old of age ht 5'feet2inch, wt 52kg once i got ectopic laprascopy surgery on 2008.now i have 4yr old daughter! for the past 2yr i saw water came out in my underarms when i squezzed only.Initially i saw puss came with water but now only water comes out.pls reply soon.wt is that????
