What Causes Puss Cells In Urine?

Hi, my sister got her urine tested and the doctor said the Pus cells are more in urine and she has been given anti biotics for 5 days. She was asked to consult again after completing the course of anti biotics. Is there any cause of worry? what should we do to get cured completely? thanks G.S
