What Causes Pustules On The Palm Of Hands?

i have small blisters and putules on the palm of my hands. they do not itch or hurt. went to dr he did not know what they were. if you pop them they have pus or clear fluid both. i have not used any new cleaners or soaps. when popped they leave a red scab. they look like nfire ant bites and new ones pop up every 4 to 5 hours
