What Causes Quick Pulsating Movements In Abdomen During Pregnancy?

I am Having quick pulsating mivements x 2 mins or so, top of belly, baby is head down. Faster than hiccups. 34 + weeks. Does this sound concerning? History of stillbirth from Nuchal cord. Was just told this baby has a loose cord, draped, not closed around the neck.
