What Causes Radiating Pain From Hip To Coccyx And Constipation?

I have been battling doctors for months. I started with a yeast infection and then treated for bacterial vaginosis and constipation. It did not stop there. I had bladder leakage which is now better but I have horrible pain inside my right hip and it leads all the way to my lower back/tail bone. I live on laxatives because when I eat the pain gets horribly bad. I can barely eat and have to use protein supplements to keep my body nourished. Just recently I now have a skunk smell coming from my private area. What could this be? No doctor I have seen seems to find nothing from ultrasounds or tests. I need this gone it has affected my life and my parenting abilities.
