What Causes Radiating Pain From Stomach To Penis With Penile Bleeding?

A couple days ago I was having sex and there was blood coming from my penis. There was no scars or cuts. However, up until that point, I have had a strong dull pain either from my stomach down thru my testicals or vise versa not being able to stand straight up and walking careful as to not allow my legs to touch my nuts.
