What Causes Raise In Heart Rate,stomach Discomfort And Breathlessness?

Dear Doctor,Im Alex 33, Couple of days ago i was cought in a heart bidding increased in a suddent( 200++ /minute). it happens almost about 20 minutes and slowed down after that. in the next day i felt below syntomp;1. my upper back near to arm felt pain 2. my stomatch felt unconfortable all the times.3. i get some difficultied in breating for some time.Im have done blood and urine test yesterday and the report will come out by friday.what else i can do while waiting for the report.Thanks and looking for your reply.Rgds,Alex
