What Causes Raised And Itching Red Spots On Arms/chest?

Yesterday I noticed some small red spots on my chest. They didn't itch or anything. This morning, I now have bigger slightly raised, rough, slightly itchy red spots on my upper arms (no longer on my chest). I can't think of anything I have eaten out of the ordinary and so far today have only had my daily coffee. Any ideas????
