What Causes Raised Area After Helix Piercing?

i have a helix piercing. it is 6 days old. i clean it with SSS( sea salt soaks) 3 times a day. yesterday my clothing pulled on the piercing and moved the piercing slightly. recently i have noticed a hard raised area by the piercing. it i not see-able but u can feel it. what is this and how do i cure it?
