What Causes Raised Bumps On Scalp?

I have scabs or raised bumps on my scalp that won't go away. When I shampoo my hair it doesn't lather. My scalp and skin is very dry my my hair is oily. My eyes also seemed different in shape and hardly no eye lashes. I suffer from being tired most of the time and I haven't had a cycle since December of 2010
