What Causes Raised Flesh At The Clitoris With Rough Texture On Vaginal Lips?

Hi i am 18 years old and I am worried about my vagina. Since I started puberty I have always had similar discharge so I am not worried about that. BUT, I want to know whether it is normal that the lips around my vagina and inside it are a pink colour with the texture of a tongue ? Hope that makes sense but its slightly rough. it does not itch or hurt though! There is a tiny bit that is raised but smooth it must be a 1/4 of a centimetre though it looks as if it is just a bit of excess skin it is in the corner near to my clitoris. Also, when looking at my vagina in the mirror.. between the opening and my urethra there is a bit of diagonal skin at first I didnt think the hole was there as it is not completely visible but I can have sexual intercourse and wear tampons. when i look at my opening, one of the inner lips of my vagina slightly covers it more than the other side. Im worried this isnt normal please help!
