What Causes Raised Heart Rate After Taking Apo-pantoprazole For Abdominal Pains?

Hello! I just want to know what I can do right now in my situation as it s tough for me to get a doctor at the moment. I ve been told by my family doctor that I may or may not have gastritis, but this was never confirmed. I was prescribed with apo-pantoprazole on the basis that I have pretty frustrating abdomen pains when I get hungry. Recently, I noticed that I ve been having a faster heartrate (26 beats in 15 seconds) and even though I ve been trying to avoid stress, this has really been bothering me. I am concerned about my stomach bleeding. Is there anything I can do? Important note. It was doctor s instruction to take the apo-pantoprazole every morning but I accidentally stopped taking them (I forgot to bring them with me on a trip) and now I m not sure what to do.
