What Causes Raised Mole On Bridge Of Nose?

Hi, i have what seems like a raised mole on the inside right side of the brige of my nose, right where the pads from your glasses sit. It has gotten a little bigger in the last couple months. I can't seem to identify it by researching on the internet, should i be concerned?
