What Causes Raised Rashes Beside The Genitals?

hlo sir.. i am 23 years boy. i have some skin related problem . earlier there were many small spots in my skin near by my sexual organ(between two legs). bt after some times it increases and become long lines and if i touch it den there is like gap in skin .. there is no itching n other problem ... but it looks like a woud getting ok..so wat can i do??
