My eight year-old son has circular raised rashes on both inner thighs... He just got out of the bath and I did not notice them prior to the bath. There is no itching or flacking. They are not dry or rough to the touch. The 'rashes" themselves are only outlines (no redness or raised skin in the center). What is the cause?
