What Causes Raised Red Spot On The Leg?

I was playing basketball and had gotten pushed onto the ground, I got a dime sized wood burn from the court and it went through the whole scabbing over healing process. It's been about a month now and the scab has fallen off and what is left is a slightly raised red spot and went it's touched or any pressure it put on it it goes white and goes right back to red when pressure is relieved. I thought maybe the possibility of Squamous Cell skin cancer but I'm not positive. Any Ideas?
