What Causes Raised Sores On Penis?

I have two small sores on penis one on rim of penis head other just below. About the size of a centimeter each. Began as uncomfortable red raised area and after I squeezed them and messed with them they grew a scab that fell off two weeks later. Had std tests done with neg results. My doc has no clue.
