What Causes Raised Spots On Head, Headache And Dizziness?

Hello, My question is: There is a raised spot on the top of my head each side. They are about the size of a small eraser, and the skin is sort of loose. When I wake up in the morning they hurt, sort of sore to touch. I have a slight headache, and kind of dizzy. My forehead on the right side hurts off and on and my right eye seems strained.
