What Causes Random Red Marks On Thumb?

Hi, i woke up 2days ago with these random red marks on my thumb. the top one is about the size of two pin heads, and the bottom one is a great deal larger and in the shape of a heart. they do not itch and are only very slightly raised, i was wondering what it might be.
