What Causes Random Stomach Aches, Body Aches, Lump In Throat And Headaches?

What is it when you have a bad headache, lump in your throat that makes your voice croak, Body aches, tiredness, random stomache aches out of nowhere that go away after about 10 minutes, feeling sick after you eat something sometimes? The last two have been happening for like a month... Please help!
