What Causes Randomly Popping Up Insect Bites On Body?

I have bites which randomly have been popping up al over my body in the last 3 weeks. They look like gnat bites (could be flea bites). I recently came back from Morocco, and shortly visited a relative who has dogs and a cat who i am allergic to. Help! I want them to stop!
