What Causes Rapid Drop In Diastolic Blood Pressure In The Mornings?

I have low distolic blood pressurs. Fine when I get up in the morning. by the time I shower and make my bed, it drops to about 40...I'm very weak. What's going on here. I have been diagnosed with chronic lukemia and I have been a Type I diabetic for 50 years.
