What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Along With Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

I had a burrito..that had some sort of disinfectan wipe or wipes that would not dijest chilles bad bad pain in my stomack diarriah...I don't understand how I didn't see it as I was eating could have been folded very small. rapid heart beats..than suddenly I became nauseated and threw up that's how I bacam aware of just what was giving me a horriable stomack ache....I believ there was two pretty big undigested I kind of chocked and gasped for air I feelll soo much better. Its been about 2 hrs I have been drinking a lot of almond milk and water......should I be ok or will the chimicals in the wipes be minimal.. feeling tired
