What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Before Ejaculation?

Sometimes, right as I get ready to ejaculate, my heart beats fast, and I can feel vibrations in my heart. (Not the normal fast heart beat when you get excited. This is abnormal). It seems like I can feel my heart squeezing, and the vibrations or quivering scares me. Why does this happen??
