What Causes Rapid Weight Loss With Pain In Right Side Of The Body?

I m having deeply bad pain in the right side of my body I have had several abortion over the years I m loosing weight rapidly from size 14 to 8 over a couple of months now. Doctors cannot find anything wrong but I m sure cancer is setting in and im afraid time is of the essence. Help please I m in pain
