What Causes Rash Along The Hairline On Inside Of Vagina?

I have a rash in a row along the hairline on the inside of my vagina. It's not really itchy, and sometimes it appears that my skin is peeling. I quite often get little splits in the skin which are quite painful. I suffer from dermititis on other areas of my body and have always had sensitive skin. i use a liquid body wash as soap bars give me rashes and that sort of thing...
