What Causes Rash Along The Jaw From Earlobe To Jaw?

I have a pruritic rash along my jaw from earlobe to jaw. Started as one raised red bump that I scratched in my sleep and is now black (like a scab but not!) This now spread to 3 distinct red lesions, each composed of 3 red lesions forming a triangle.
