What Causes Rash And Redness Around Incision Post Oophorectomy And Breast Mastectomy?

Dear doctor, I had two surgery back to back; first one was oophorectomy and the second one was a left breast mastectomy. After a day, I got skin rash and redness around the incisions. I think, after the second surgery (mastectomy) my body reacted to the anesthetic agent... Regards, Fay
