What Causes Rash And Tingling In Stomach Area After Swimming?

Hi, I went swimming with my kids and now I have a rash just on my stomach area. It's tingly, red and blotchy. I went all the way in the water and it's the only spot broken out. No bite marks from insects or any other marks. Thank you for any help you can give me.
