What Causes Rash In Between Breasts While Suffering From Fever?

My 36 yr old dtr is ill with cough, fever, has vomited 3-4 times in last 4 days, now has rash on fron between breast and down to waist. Upper looks like it could be heat rash bust lower spots are red and flat a bit smaller than pea.. Thank you, Lorraine
