What Causes Rash In Inner Thigh, And Pain In Ear Crease?

I have a little red rash on my right inner thigh, i used to have one like that a year ago only it was like the size of a quarter, well it came back and now its small, and ive been feeling nauseous, i dont know if this is relevant to the rash but my ear looks like it has little burns or something and the top of my ear in the crease hurts and gets crusty, what could all of this be? please help!
