What Causes Rash Like Bumps In Genital Area?

hello. I have a what looks to be a rash? I m not sure. I have bumps around my genital and anus area.. It started as only one bump many months ago. I thought it was a skin tag. but here recently they have started to multiply. they don t itch, or hurt or anything. I m beginning to worry..
