What Causes Rash Like Honeycomb In Breast?

Hi I am 37 years old, on my right top breast I have a rush looks like a honey comb, went tonight to the doctor, they have never seen this before, so he gave me cream Covarex cream, he said they will treat it for now as a fungal infection. But he say's it is not a ring worm, please advise?
