What Causes Rash Like Symptoms On Neck?

Hi,

I am suffering with fever from last 4 weeks. I consulted 4 doctors (including ENT specealist) and there was no use. Problem is whenever I work on my laptop or watch any movie on my TV then I am feeling feverish around my throat and there is some kind of rash symptoms around my neck. If I cover my neck with some kind of blanket then I feel comfortable. If I take rest then there is no fever at all. I took rest for 5 days and started working again then same symptoms. I do not have any othe symptoms like cold, headache, stomache pain and loss of apetite etc.



Please help me in diagnosing my problem.
