What Causes Rash On Abdomen With Painful Blisters?

Hi, I have a weird rash on my abdomen, its about one inch long, red and breaking out in bubbly looking blisters, its painful and not itchy. It started yesterday and didn't begin to blister until this afternoon. I have no allergies, I am not taking medication.
