What Causes Rash On Arms And Stomach Along With Lumps Near Anus?

Hi!! I have a rash on both my arms and my stomach, I also have 2 lumps at my anus. I m recently back to work after being off for mat leave, so I don t know if I m having a reaction to something at work or if it s something else. I also am not sure if lumps by anus are hemorrhoids because their is blood in tolite after a BM
