What Causes Rash On Butt Crack?

I have had a small rash in the crack of my butt for about 6months, I have went to a NP and was prescribed anitfunal(which makes worse) steriod creams(which stops the itching) bactria ban(which does nothing) I even mixed them together and it gave me hives. Any suggestions?
