What Causes Rash On Chest That Itches At Night?

i have a rash on my chest pumps that look like pimples but aren't, it itches at night when i sleep so every morning i wake up and noticed i scratched it what could it be also I have it since around Oct and thats when i started smoking maybe it has something to do with that . How can i get rid of it ?
