What Causes Rash On Legs Along With Water Blisters On Knee?

I have had lesions in my ears and on my face for an extended period of time. I m having migraines, piercing ear pain, vision problems, difficulty swallowing(as such probably dehydrated) concentration problems, sleeping problems(although kept awake not an active awake....just watch TV awake. Been on antibiotics since Sept. 15th and have always gone back with increasing symptoms,,,blood pressure is up, racing heart...I m about to be out of antibiotics and my ears are worse than ever and I have new rash on legs and sudden appearance of water blisters behind my left knee...
