What Causes Rash On Lower Breast?

I have a small rash on my lower right breast and since it s a radiating pain I m thinking it is shingles, but I am also have pain on the same side when I take deep breaths. It feels like a nail is stuck in my lung, and the pain is also at a 10 when I cough or try to sneeze, what could it be?
