What Causes Rash On Neck And Armpits During Periods?

since having two children during my period for the first couple of days i get a non-itchy blotchy rash on my neck,armpits,under my breasts. also get this rash with a viral infection every time. dosent bother me just embarrasing!! what is it and what can i do about it?
