What Causes Rash On Stomach While Having Hives?

I have a rash that is in a circle on my stomach it is about the size of a baseball. What could that be?? I also have hives( or what I assume that they are hives) on my legs. They are worse after I get out of the shower. I have switched bodywash and such so what can they be??
