What Causes Rash Under Breast?

Hello a few weeks ago I noticed a small rash under my left breast so I bought some Monstiat Ointment, it seems to work for a few days and come back. Next after my cycle was off my husband and I had sex and I was dry so it hurt, I noticed lated that day that I had a light yellow or sometimes like the color of pee discharge. What is this?
